4-in-1 Betalactams, Streptomycin, Chloramphenicol and Tetracycline Milk Testing Kit

Neotest 4-in-1 rapid test kit provides quick and precise analysis of β-lactams, streptomycin, chloramphenicol and tetracycline in food samples such as milk, honey and others.

How it works?

Tests may be used to analyse raw, pasteurised, sterilised and restored dried milk powder, whey and restored whey powder.

Results are based on lateral flow test technology combined with a specific antigen-antibody reaction. Beta-lactams, streptomycin, chloramphenicol and tetracycline in the sample bind to the antibodies  while competing with the membrane immobilized antigens on the test. Colour reaction shows the results. Neotest strip tests do not require incubation and can be performed at room temperature, that makes them extremely convenient for on-farm use.

In the box

Each box contains 96 test strips that could be used for 96 samples.

Contents of the box:

• 12 plastic tubes with wells and test strips. Each plastic tube has 8 test strips and 8 spot plates.
• A plastic tube with 8 wells containing negative control.
• A plastic tube with 8 wells containing the positive control on tetracyclines and β-lactams.
• Manual

Only one test strip is used per sample. Remaining test strips could be stored in a sealed tube for further use.

How to use it?

Test kit is meant to be used with incubator, however there is a possibility to use strips without it.

Test takes 5-10 minutes.
